| 1. | The development must be begun not later than 3 years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is:- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Building and Conservation Areas) Act 1990. |
| 2. | The windows, shall be of timber construction and shall be carried out strictly in accordance with the the photographs and details received by the local planning authority on 28th November 2005 and 18th January 2006. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt and to secure materials and details appropriate to a Grade II Listed Building. |
| 3. | The Reason for the Approval. The local planning authority considers that subject to the above conditions that the proposal complies with Policy ENV5 of the Great Yarmouth Borough Wide Local Plan 2001. |
