| 1. | The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission.
The reason for the condition is :-
Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |
| 2. | Prior to the commencement of the use hereby permitted the forecourt shall be kept available for the parking of customers cars and delivery vehicles only and retained thereafter free from any impediment to that specific use.
The reason for the condition is :-
To ensure the permanent availability of the parking in the interests of highway safety.

The applicant is advised that this permission is for a change of use only to Class A1 retail use as defined in the Town and Country Planning (Use Classes) (amendment) Order 2005 and does not purport to convey any consent for any external alterations to the building nor any signage at the premises which will require separate consent from the Council as Planning Authority. |
