| 1. | The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is:- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Building and Conservation Areas) Act 1990. |
| 2. | The sign shall only be erected in accordance with the submitted plans received by the LOcal Planning Authority on 7th October 2005 and shall not be illuminated at any time. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt. |
| 3. | The Reason for the Approval. The Local Planning Authority considers that subject to the above conditions that the proposal complies with Policy ENV22 of the Great Yarmouth Borough Wide Local Plan 2001. |
