| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | Notwithstanding the details of the proposed door shown on the submitted drawing revised details of the type of door to be installed shall be submitted for the approval of the Local Planning Authority and agreed in writing and the works completed in accordance with such details as may be approved and thereafter maintained in accordance with approved details. The reason for the condition is :- The details of the door to be used is unacceptable and in the interests of the visual amenities of the locality. |
