The proposal is considered by the Local Planning Authority to be contrary to Policy SHP15 (Criteria B & E) of the Adopted Version of the Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan, in that the proposal is likely to have an adverse impact upon the residential amenity of the neighbouring residential properties by reason of the increase in noise and activity, smell associated with the proposed use, together with the use having a significant adverse effect on the character of the area.
