| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | Prior to the extension hereby permitted being brought into use details the access shall be laid out in accordance with the revised drawing received by the Local Planning Authority on 10th August 2005 and thereafter maintained in accordance with the approved details. The reason for the condition is :- Ror the avoidance of doubt. |
| 3. | Any gates hung at the access to the site shall be hung to open inwards. The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of highway safety. |
| 4. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :- The proposal meets the requirementof Policy EMP 19 of the adopted Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan. |
