| 1. | The uses permitted under planning permission no. 6/86/553/CU shall be carried on only by Mrs C A Martin or Mr R Calder in accordance with his letter dated 13th May 2005 (headed "Premier Industrial Engineering Services") and for only such period as the aforesaid Mrs C A Martin may be occupying the existing dwelling on the site. The reason for the condition is :- To enable the Local Planning Authority to retain control over the development in the interests of the rural environment and highway safety. |
