| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is:- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Building and Conservation Areas) Act 1990. |
| 2. | The development shall be carried out strictly in accordance with the approved plans and the the detail and content thereon. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt and inaccordance with the the terms of the application. |
| 3. | The Reason for the Approval. The Local Planning Authority considers that subject to the above conditions that the proposal complies with Policy ENV5 of the Great Yarmouth Borough Wide Local Plan 2001. |
