| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | The development hereby permitted shall, as confirmed in the agent's letter dated 15th June 2005, be carried out incorporating the flood risk mitigation measures listed as "(1)" and "(2)" in the attached "Standing Advice" note from the Environment Agency. The reason for the condition is :- To ensure that mitigation measures are undertaken as the property is located within an area at risk from flooding. |
