| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is:- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Building and Conservation Areas) Act 1990. |
| 2. | The development shall be carried out strictly in accordance with the approved plan Drawing No.841/(--)05 and the content thereon. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt and to ensure materials and design appropriate to the buildings Liste status. |
| 3. | The Reason for the Approval. The Local Planning Authority considers that the proposal, subject to the above conditions, complies with Policy Env5 of the Great Yarmouth Borough Wide Local Plan 2001. |
