| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | The development shall be carried out in accordance with the revised plan received by the Local Planning Authority on 6th May 2005 incorporating C.C.T.V surveillance cameras which shall thereafter be maintained and operational in accordance with the submitted details. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt and in the interests of the security of the facility. |
| 3. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :- The proposal meets the criteria of Policy SHP8 of the Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan in providing enhanced shopping facilities. |
