| 1. | The maximum luminace of the signs shall not exceed 300 cd/m2. The reason for the condition is:- To preserve amenity and prevent danger to road users. |
| 2. | The Highway Authority reserves the right under Section 152 of the Highways Act 1980 and under the general provisions of Common Law to remove any sign causing dazzle, obstruction or nuisance. |
| 3. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :- The proposal meets the criteria of Policy BNV22 of the Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan. |
