| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | The development shall be carried out strictly in accordance with Drawing No.00/5808/04/A received by the Local Planning Authority on 31 January 2005. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt and in accordance with the submitted plans. |
| 3. | The Reason for the Approval. The Local Planning Authority considers that, subject to the above conditions, the proposal complies with Policy B11 and TR19 of the Broads Local Plan 1997. |
