| 4. | PLEASE NOTE :- The Building Control Officer has advised that building regulation consent will be required for these proposals. |
| 5. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :- Subject to compliance with the above conditions the proposal is in accordance with the requirements of paragraph 6.4.2 and Policy EDC5 of the adopted Great Yarmouth Borough-wide Local Plan. |
