| 3. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :- The proposal will not be contrary to the aims of Policy REC11 of the adopted Borough-wide Local Plan as its implementation will, on the basis of crime prevention advice provided by Norfolk Constabulary, help protect the residential amenites of properties in the vicinity. |
