| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | The development shall not be carried out other than in complete accordance with the revised plan received by the Local Planning Authority on 23rd. August 2000. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt. |
| 3. | The foundations in the vicinity of the two trees indicated on the revised plan shall be hand-dug so as to avoid any root damage and the excavations shall be inspected by the Council's Arboricultural Officer. Only those roots as may be sanctioned as a result of the inspection shall be removed and any remaining roots shall be bridged over with support lintels or protected in any other manner to be approved on site with the Arboricultural Officer before the footings are constructed. The reason for the condition is :- To ensure the retention of the trees which represent an important visual amenity and to ensure that the development does not jeopardise the stability of the trees in the interests of public safety. |
| 4. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :- The proposal meets the criteria for domestic additions and alterations set out in Policy HOU18 of the adopted Great Yarmouth Borough-wide Local Plan. |
