Consequently, if permitted, the proposal would be likely to result in hazard and danger to road users and would, thereby, prejudice highway safety contrary to Policies HOU7/HOU8 (criterion C) and TCM13 of the adopted Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan.
