| 1. | Within three months of the date of this permission, the windows in the north facing elevation of the conservatory adjacent to the boundary of the application site with 23 Misburgh Way shall be obscure glazed and subsequently maintained as such. The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of the residential amenities of the adjoining occupiers. |
| 2. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :- Subject to compliance with the above condition, the proposal meets the criteria for domestic additions set out in Policy HOU18 of the adopted Great Yarmouth Borough-wide Local Plan. |
