1.	The proposed extension to form a walk-in freezer in close proximity to the eastern boundary of the site with the likely associated noise and vibration from the compressor unit is considered contrary to the provisions of Policy EMP16 Criterion (C) of the Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan due the the adverse impact the operation of the installtion would have on the amenities of the occupiers of the nearby residential properties. Furthermore insufficient details of any noise attenuation measures have been submitted with the application to show that the freezer unit can satisfactorily operate in this location without causing nuisance to the occupiers of nearby properties.
