| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission.
The reason for the condition is :-
Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | The development shall be carried out in accordance with the revised plan received by the Local Planning Authority on 24th January 2005.

| 3. | Prior to the units of accommodation hereby permitted first being brought into use refuse storage area to serve the dwellings shall be provided in accordance with details submitted to and agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority and shall thereafter be maintained in the form as approved unless otherwise agreed by the Authority.

To ensure the provision of adequate area to provide for the disposal of refuse. |
| 4. | Prior to any work commencing on the windows in the development precise detailed drawings of the alterations to be made shall be submitted for the approval of the Local Planning Authority and all works shall be carried out in accordance with such details as may be agreed and shall thereafter be maintained in accordance with these details unless otherwise agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority.

| 5. | No part of the proposed structure shall overhang or encroach upon highway land and no door shall open outwards over the public footway.
The reason for the condition is :-
To prevent obstruction of the public highway/footway in the interests of highway/footway safety.

| 6. | Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking and re-enacting the order) no extensions shall be built or windows inserted into the walls or roof of the buildings.

In the interests of the residential amenities of the occupiers of the adjacent property. |
| 7. | No work shall commence until the exact type and colour of the materials have been submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority.
The reason for the condition is :-
In the interests of the visual amenities of the area as precise details of the materials have not been submitted. |
