| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | The holiday accommodation hereby permitted shall not be occupied by any individual or family group for a period in excess of 28 days in any twelve month period. The reason for the condition is :- For avoidance of doubt and to ensure the use takes place in the manner contemplated by the Local Planning Authority on the grant of planning permission. |
| 3. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :- The proposal complies with Policies TR2 and TR11 of the Borough-Wide Local Plan. |
