| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission.
The reason for the condition is :-
Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | No burials shall take place
a) within 30 metres of any spring, ditch or watercourse,
b) in saturated ground,
c) within 250 metres of any well, borehole or spring used for potable supply,
d) within 10 metres of any field drain.
The reason for the condition is :-
To prevent an increased risk of pollution of the water environment. |
| 3. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :-
The proposal meets the criteria of Policy REC11 of the adopted Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan.
