| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | Before any installation work is commenced details providing for the erection of a screen to the north and south sides of the equipment cabin, constructed in horizontal boarding with a dark stained finish, shall be submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority and the screens as approved shall be erected in accordance with the details as may be approved before any of the telecommunications apparatus is first brought into use.
