| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | The additional accommodation hereby permitted shall only be used in association with the existing dwelling, and shall not be used as a separate dwelling or let separately for holiday purposes. The reason for the condition is :- This permission has been granted on the basis that the development is an extension to the existing dwellling. The application site is in an area where the provision of unjustified new dwellings would be contrary to Policy HOU 10 of the Borough - Wide Local Plan. |
