| 1. | No amplified music or public address systems shall be installed on the exterior of the building without the prior written approval of the Local Planning Authority nor shall there be any increase in the background noise levels as measured at the nearest residential property at any time the arcade is operating as a result of games machines operating in the building. The reason for the condition is :- To protect the residential amenity of the area and nearby residential properties. |
| 2. | The Reason for the Approval. The Local Planning authority considers that subject to the above conditions and those imposed on 06/01/0132/F that the proposal complies with TR5 of the Great Yarmouth Borough Wide Local Plan 2001. |
