| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission.
The reason for the condition is :-
Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | Within 3 months of the date of this permission a deciduous hedge backed by a close boarded fence shall be planted and erected along the front boundary of the car parking area in accordance with details to be submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority.
The reason for the condition is :-
In the interests of the residential amenities of the occupiers of the nearby dwelling and in the interests of the visual amenities of the locality. |
| 3. | Not more than 36.4 square metres of the building shall be used for the storage and sale of animal feeds, equestrian goods and accessories.
The reason for the condition is :-
For the avoidance of doubt and to enable the Local Planning Authority to retain control over the use of the premises.

| 4. | The existing car park and turning area shall be kept clear of obstructions and available for use at all times.
The reason for the condition is :-
To ensure the permanent availability of the parking/turning area in the interests of highway safety. |
| 5. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :-
The proposal meets the criteria of Policy SHP11 of the adopted Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan provided the conditions imposed are complied with. |
