No.Condition Text
1.The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2.The permission hereby granted does not permit any delivery operations to take place from the site. The reason for the condition is :- In accordance with the terms of the application and for the LOcal Planning Authority to retain control over the use of the site.
3.No fences or jumps shall be erected on the site nor shall there be any subdivision of the site by paddocking without the prior written permission of the Local Planning Authority The reason for the condition is :- For the Local Planning Authority to retain control over the use of site and landscape impact.
4.Within six months of the date of the permission hereby granted, precise details of the location and height of any muck heap shall be submitted to and agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority; the muck heap shall thereafter located only in accordance with the approved details thereafter. The reason for the condition is :- To protect the amenity of the nearby residential properties
5.Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country(General Permitted) Order 1995, no vehicular or pedestrian access other than that shown on the approved plan shall be created to the public highway without the prior written approval of the Local Planning Authority. The reason for the condition is :- In the interest of highway safety.
6.Except where removal is necessary to allow construction of the new vehicular access, the existing hedge along the front of the application site shall be retained. The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of the visual amenities of the locality.
7.Before the development is commenced a scheme of planting and landscaping shall be submitted for the approval of the Local Planning Authority and the planting of trees and shrubs shall be carried out in accordance with the scheme as approved within 9 months of the approval unless otherwise agreed in writing by the LOcal; planning Authority. Any trees and shrubs so planted which dies within 3 years shall be replaced within one year by the applicants or their sucessors in title. The reason for the condition is:- To enhance the visual amenities of the locality
8.The Reason for the Approval. The Local Planning Authority considers that subject to the above conditions the proposal complies with Policy TR25 of the Broads Local Plan 1995.
