| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | Prior to the development commencing details of the roof covering and cladding shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The reason for the condition is :- In the interest of the visual amenity of the area. |
| 3. | The Reason for the Approval. The Local Planning Authority considers that subject to the above conditions the proposal complies with Policy B11 and TR16 of the Broads Local Plan 1997. |
