| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | No part of the proposed structure shall overhang or encroach upon highway land and no door shall open outwards over the public footway. The reason for the condition is :- To prevent obstruction of the public highway/footway in the interests of highway/footway safety. |
| 3. | No development shall take place until details of the materials to be used in the construction of the external surfaces of the extension hereby permitted have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Development shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details. The reason for the condition is :- Precise details have not been submitted as part of the application and in the interests of the visual amenities of the locality. |
