| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission.
The reason for the condition is :-
Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | Prior to the installation of the roller shutter hereby permitted precise details of the colour shall be submitted for the approval of Local Planning Authority and shall thereafter be maintained in the approved condition.

| 3. | No part of the proposed structure shall overhang or encroach upon highway land and no door shall open outwards over the public footway.

To prevent obstruction of the public highway/footway in the interests of highway/footway safety.

| 4. | A minimum vertical clearance of 2.44metres shall be maintained between the proposed roller shutter box and the level of the public highway.
