| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission.
The reason for the condition is :-
Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | The development shall be carried out incorporating tha amendments shown on the the revised plan Drawing No 04 Rev P1 received by the Local Planning Authority on 8th September 2004.

| 3. | Prior to the first occupation of the extension hereby approved the proposed on-site additional parking areas and the HGV turning area shall be laid out, demarcated, levelled, surfaced and drained and retained thereafter available for that specific use.
The reason for the condition is :-
To ensure the provsion of adequate on-site parking and turning facilities for the development.
