| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission.
The reason for the condition is:-
Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Building and Conservation Areas) Act 1990. |
| 2. | The development shall be carried out in accordance with the revised Scope of Works dated 11 October 2004 and received by the Conservation Officer on 13 October 2004 and the content therein.
The reason for the condition is :-
for the Local authority to ensure alterations to the buildinng that are compatible with its status as a Listed Building. |
| 3. | Precautions shall be take to secure and protect the features listed below against accidential damage and during the building work. Details shall be submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority before works commence on site, and the revelaant work carried out in accordance with such approval.Particular regard shall be gien to the following item(s)
a. Brickwork,
b. joinery balustrade and terrace under and adacent the canopy.
There shall be no removal or alteration of historic material externally or internally such as skirting boards ,floor boards, doors mouldings, flat lath and plaster, etc without the written approval of the Local Planning authority.
The reason for the condition is :-
To protect historic features in the Listed Building. |
| 4. | All new and/or external works and finishes and making good to the retained faric, shall match the existing adjacent historic work with regards to the methods used and to the material, colour, texture and profile, unless shown otherwise on the drawings or other documentation hereby approved by or required by any condition(s) attached to this grant of consent.

| 5. | The new joinery work shall match the existing joinery work adjacent in respect of materials, dimensions and profiles unless shown otherwise on the drawings or other documentaion hereby approved or required by any condition(s) attached to this consent.

| 6. | In the event that any hidden features are revealed during the course of the works, work shall be suspended in the revelant area of the building and the Council conservation Officer notified immediately. Provision shall then be made for their retention ad/or proper recording as reqired by the Local Planning Authority.

| 7. | Before work on site commences a site meeting shall be held between the Local Planing Authority and the persons responsible for unertakenthe works, to ensure that the conditions are understood and can be complied with in full. Notification of the date of the meeting shall be made in writing to the Local planning Authority.

| 8. | The Reason for the Approval.
The Local planning authority considers that subject the above coditions the proposal complies with Policy ENV 5 of the Great Yarmouth Borough Wide Local Plan 2001. |
