| 1. | This permission expires on 18th August 2005 and unless on or before this date application has been made for an extension to the period of permission and such application is approved by the Local Planning Authority, the use of the access shall be discontinued.
The reason for the condition is:-
In order to retain control over the use of the site. |
| 2. | Gateposts shall be positioned a minimum of 4.5 metres from the near edge of the highway carriageway and any gates shall be hung to open inwards only.
The reason for the condition is :-
To prevent obstruction of the public highway/footway in the interests of highway/footway safety.

| 3. | Prior to the commencement of the use hereby permitted the proposed vehicular access shall be constructed in accordance with Norfolk County Council access specification for the first 4.5 metres into the site as measured back from the near edge of the adjacent carriageway.

| 4. | The proposed vehicular access shall be fully reinstated to the satisfaction of the Director of Planning and Transportation on completion of the proposed sewerage works.
