| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission.

| 3. | NOTE - Please read the following note carefully:- |
| 4. | The applicant is advised (by the Borough Environmental Health Officer) that since the proposal is for a 'cafe', customer toilet facilities will be required on a scale dependent on the number of covers. If there will be less than 20 covers the staff toilet must be available to customers, unless separate customer toilets are provided. The premises will also require registration, and the applicant is advised to contact the Environmental Health Department on both these issues and for advice regarding the provision of other facilities. |

The proposal is consistent with Policy TR7 of the adopted Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan. |
