1.This permission expires on 31st October 2005 and unless on or before this date application has been made for an extension to the period of permission and such application is approved by the Local Planning Authority the use shall be discontinued. The reason for the condition is:- In order to retain control over the use of the site until the effects of the proposal have been experienced and in the interest of the amenities of the locality.
2.The use hereby permitted shall not be open to customers outside the following times 08.00hrs and 15.00hrs on Sundays and shall not operate at any other time without the prior consent of the Council. The reason for the condition is :- To ensure the use takes place in the manner contemplated by the Council on the grant of this permission.
3.Prior to the use hereby permitted commencing details of the signage referred to in the agents letter dated 21st September 2004 shall be submitted for the approval of the Local Planning Authority and all signage, in accordance with such details as may be agreed, shall be installed on each day the market is in operation. The reason for the condition is :- No such details have been submitted as part of the application.
4.The traffic lights at the entrance/exit to the site shall be operated in accordance with the details contained in the agents letter dated 21st September 2004 in connection with the use of the site as a market. The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of highway safety.
5.Prior to the use hereby permitted commencing precise details of the areas of car parking to serve the proposed use shall be submitted for the approval of the Local Planning Authority and such areas as agreed shall be kept clear for the parking of cars associated with the use of the site as a market. The reason for the condition is :- Precise details have not been submitted as part of the application and to ensure the provision of adequate parking to serve the proposed use.
6.No equipment, structures, vehicles, materials or other man made object associated with the approved use shall be brought to the site until the day of the market and such items including litter and debris must be brought to the site until the day of the sale or market and all such items including litter and debris must be removed completely before 10am on the day following the market. The reason for the condition is :- To avoid harm to visual amenity
7.REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :- The proposal meets the criteria for the change of use to outdoor markets as set out in Policy SHP13 of the adopted Great Yarmouth Borough-wide Local Plan.
