| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | The use hereby permitted shall be carried on only by Premier Fare Ltd and only so long as they occupy the premises. The reason for the condition is :- This permission is granted for a change of use not normally permitted within 'employment areas' and to enable the Local Planning Authority to retain control over the use of the site. |
| 3. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :- The proposal is of a minor nature and will not, by itself, harm the vitality of the employment area. |
