| 1. | The proposed access ramp and handrail are positioned on Highway land belonging to Norfolk County Council. The County Council's Department of Planning and Transportation consider these works to be an obstruction of the Highway which would endanger pedestrian safety. The proposal is therefore contrary to Policy TCM30 of the Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan. |
