No.Condition Text
1.The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is:- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Building and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
2.The development shall be carried out in accordance with Drawing Number 02 received by the Local Planning Authority on the 24th June 2004. The reason for the condition is:- For the avoidance of doubt.
3.The premises shall not be occupied until the conversion work has been carried out entirely in accordance with the approved plans The reason for the condition is:- In order to ensure a satisfactory standard of accommodation.
4.Prior to commencement details of dimensions, mouldings, arcitraves, doors, fixings and all other details of the proposed glazed screen shall be submitted and approved by the Local Planning Authority in writing. The reason for the condition is:- To provide for a development that is compatible with and compliments the building status as a listed building.
5.Prior to commencement details shall be submitted of the location and run of all services and pipe work including water, gas, electricity and sewage. The location of all external extractor vents, heated flues, meter boxes and approved by the Local Planning Authority in writing. The reason for the condition is : To provide for a development that is compatible with and compliments the building status as a listed building.
6.Prior to commencement details of all proposed works to internal doors including fire protection shall be submitted and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The reason for the condition is :- To provide for a development that is compatible with and compliments the building status as a listed building.
7.Prior to commencement details of all new internal doors shall be submitted to the Local Planning Authority and approved in writing. The reason for the condition is :- To provide for a development that is compatible with and compliments the building status as a listed building.
8.Prior to commencement details of the proposed roof lights shall be submitted and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The reason for the condition is :- To provide for a development that is compatible with and compliments the building status as a listed building.
9.Prior to commencement details of the insertion of all sound proofing and other insulation to floors and ceilings shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The reason for the condition is : - To provide for a development that is compatible with and compliments the building status as a listed building.
10.There shall be no removal or alteration of historic material such as skirting boards, floorboards, doors, mouldings, falt lath and plaster, etc without the written approval of the Local Planning Authority. The reason for the condition is :- To provide for a development that is compatible with and compliments the building status as a listed building.
11.REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :- The proposal meets the criteria of Policy HOU23 of the adopted Great Yarmouth Borough- Wide Local Plan.
