1.	NOTES - Please read the following notes carefully:- The proposed activity will require consent from the Environment Agency under section 210 of the Water Resources act 1991. This consent is independent of any planning permission given. The site comes within the Repps, Martham and Thurne IDB whose byelaws must be complied with. No permanent development including landscaping should take place within a distance of 9m from the brink of the Broads Main Drain, adjacent to the track, on the eastern site boundary.This note is independent of any grant of planning approval. Consent for the works will also be required from the Broads Navigation officer independent of this planning permission.
