| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | No development shall take place until details of the exact type and colour of the bricks to be used in the construction of the external surfaces of the porch hereby permitted have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
