| 1. | Within one month of the date of this permission details shall be submitted showing the installation of a kerb to restrict the depth of useable hardstanding and the remaining area made over to grass and or planting and such works as approved shall be completed within two months of that approval, unless otherwise agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority and the works shall thereafter be maintained in accordance with the approved details The reason for the condition is :- In the intersts of the residential amenity of the occupiers of the adjoining properties. |
| 2. | The hardstanding area hereby permitted shall only be used for the parking of private cars and shall not be used for the parking of vans, caravans and trailers. The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of the residential amenities of the occupiers of the adjacent property. |
| 3. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :- The proposal meets the criteria for domestic additions set out in Policy HOU18 of the adopted Great Yarmouth Borough-wide Local Plan. |
