1.	The Local Planning Authority considers that the design and and impact of the access way is not appropriate to the setting and character of the area and is contrary to the requirements of Policy B11 of the Broads Locan Plan 1997 and is out of scale with the temporary nature of the development it serves,in addition the use of the access way(which is already constructed) is considered to have a detrimental impact upon the amenity of the adjoining property.
