| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | The Reason for the Approval. The proposal is not considered to have a adverse impact upon the Broadland landscape or neighbour amenity because of its scale, size and siting and is therefore considered to be in accordance with the aims of Policy B11 and H11 of the Broads Local Plan 1997. |
