1.	The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2.	REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :- Although technically in conflict with Policy TR9 because it results in a net increase in the size of the applicant's arcade, the arcade extension will be contained within the existing building and will not result in an increase in amusement arcade frontage. On this basis and because the area concerned is small it is considered that the proposal would not be prejudicial to local plan policy.
