| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | The building hereby approved shall only be used in association with the existing property and shall not be used for any commercial activity. The reason for the condition is :- To prevent injury to the amenities of the area. |
| 3. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :- Subject to compliance with condition 2 above, the development would not be prejudicial to the aims of Policy NNV7 of the adopted Great Yarmouth Borough-wide Local Plan. |
