| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | The development shall be carried out in accordance with Drawing NO.673/A3.01 and positioned in accordance with Drawing No.064/02 and shall be stained prior to first being brought into use or within 3 of being erected on site. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt and to secure a development that that is compatible with the Broads landscape. |
| 3. | The Reason for the Approval. The Local Planning Authority considers that the proposal complies with Policy B11 of the Braods Local Plan 1997 in that the design, scale and form of the proposal is appropriate to its setting. |
