| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 18 of the (Listed Building and COnservation Areas) Act 1990. |
| 2. | Notwithstanding the submitted plans prior to commencement of works a full schedule of internal and external works to be unertaken shall be submitted to and agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority in accordance with the letter from the applicants agent dated 10 June forming the basis of the works to undertaken. The reason for the condition is :- To ensure that the works and materials are appropriate to and enhance the Buildings Listed status. |
| 3. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :- The Local Planning Authority considers that subject to the above conditions the proposal complies with Policy NV5 of the Great Yarmouth Borough Wide Local Plan 2001. |
