| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | The development hereby permitted shall only be used for the purposes of training personnel and shall not be used in any other way without the prior consent in writing of the Local Planning Authority. The reason for the condition is :- To enable the Local planning Authoriity to retain control over the development in the interests of amenity. |
