1.	When the caravan ceases to be occupied by Mr E Foster or Mrs D E Foster the use hereby permitted shall cease and the caravan and associated ancillary equipment used in conjunction with the temporary residential use of the site shall be removed. The reason for the condition is:- This permission is granted under exceptional circumstances for a form of development not normally permitted by the Local Planning Authority, in a locality clearly outside any area allocated for residential development, and to enable the Authority to retain control over the use of the site.
