| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | The development shall be carried out strictly in accordance with the amended plans Drawings No.010043 and letter received by the Local planning Authority 21 May 2004. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt and to secure a properly planned development. |
| 3. | The Reason for the Approval. The Local Planning Authority considers that the proposal in its amended form complies with the requirements of Policy B11 and H11 of the Broads Local Plan 1997. |
